<p>After becoming well-known for her depiction of Imlie, Sumbul Touqeer is back in the limelight with Kavya-Ek Jazbaa, Ek Junoon. Although Sumbul’s remarkable acting abilities never cease to wow viewers, she is the subject of persistent gossip and conjecture about her personal life, including her purported relationships with co-stars. In a recent interview, the actress discussed her thoughts on the topic and responded to these claims.</p>

<p>Sumbul and Fahmaan Khan have become close throughout their time working together on Imlie. Rumors, however, indicated that their relationship may have soured. Her on-screen chemistry as Kavya and Adhiraj has received appreciation in Kavya: Ek Jazbaa, Ek Junoon, where she is now partnered opposite Mishkat Verma. This has sparked rumors of a possible off-screen relationship.</p>
<p>“It does not affect me anymore,” Sumbul said in a Pinkvilla interview. In the past, that used to really bother me, but we eventually learned. I now realize that these occurrences are inevitable. When people see you both on film, they feel like something ought to happen.</p>
<p>“But now I have realized that this will keep happening,” she said. People will start associating me with other actors if I go on to do another program with one of them. There is nothing I can do to stop this from occurring.</p>
<p>There were also rumors going around about Kavya: Ek Jazbaa Ek Junoon taking off the air. In a Telly Talk interview, the actress, however, denied these allegations and referred to them as unfounded. She advised her supporters not to trust such hearsay, assuring them that there was no truth to these claims.</p>
<p>In 2014, Big Magic and Zee TV both broadcast the serial Har Mushkil Ka Hal Akbar Birbal, in which Sumbul made her acting debut in brief supporting parts as a young artist. Her big break came in 2020 when she played Imlie, the main character in the hit sitcom Imlie. Prior to Imlie, Sumbul had a brief part in the 2019 movie Article 15 as Amali, which marked her Bollywood debut.</p>
<p>In Kavya: Ek Jazbaa Ek Junon, she is now playing Kavya Bansal, an IAS official. In the program, she appears on television with actors Mishkat Varma and Anuj Sullere.</p>
