The Lutyens Zone, often called the Lutyens Bungalow Zone (LBZ), was created to house India’s most powerful people and is named after the well-known British architect Sir Edwin Lutyens. Its distinction and attraction are increased by the fact that it is the home of India’s prime ministers, both past and present.

The Lutyens region, which covers an area of around 230 acres, has roadways such as Golf Link, Malcha Marg, and Prithviraj Road. Considered the height of luxury in Delhi, it has roomy bungalows, an abundance of greenery, and a tranquil ambience. Important landmarks like the airport, old buildings, and upscale clubs surround the Lutyens Zone, adding to its allure.

Prominent businesspeople like Sunil Mittal of Airtel, the Burman family of Dabur Group, and steel mogul Lakshmi Mittal are just a handful of the wealthy inhabitants of Lutyens. There are only 950 bungalows in the Lutyens Bungalow Zone (LBZ), and each one is highly valued and often named after renowned local figures.

It’s expensive to enter this exclusive community for individuals who want to live there. Due to the area’s exclusivity, rental costs for properties in Lutyens vary from Rs 2.5 to Rs 3 lakh per month. Experts in real estate say that homes in Lutyens may fetch between Rs 9 crore to an incredible Rs 600 crore when bought. In this exclusive neighborhood, even a basic apartment may bring in almost Rs 9 crore.
